Who are the devils?

The Devilhood

Established in 1984, we are one of the oldest clubs in the British American Football League. Shortly after we joined the National British League and we currently have a BNGL National Championship and two Division 2 Championship wins under our belt. Due to struggling player numbers we took a hiatus from the league in 2011 but, following a successful rebuilding process, we’ve bounced back in style and have made the playoffs in the first 2 seasons back in the league.

We believe that while always staying true to the Ethos of the Norwich Devils, every aspect of everything we do, both on and off the field, is building a program that will set the standard for American Football in the UK.

OUR Ethos

Everyone is welcome to join the Devils. When you join the Devils you become part of a community who together, give a commitment to this team, this sport and each other, with no one person being greater than the team. We look after each other on and off the field.

DEVILS YOUTH

The Devils are currently redeveloping their Youth program to accommodate the huge surge in demand for participation in the sport in the Norfolk area. Please keep an eye on this website and Facebook page for any updates.

The Devils are home to some seriously badass women, introducing the Norwich Devils Women’s Team! Competing nationally in the 7-a-side Development League with the intentions of moving up to the 9-a-side National League, they’re sure to raise some hell.
